Sabre Corporation, PayPal Holdings, and Mindtrip today announced a strategic alliance to deliver a next-generation agentic AI experience that redefines how consumers discover, plan, book, and manage their travel.

The collaboration brings together Mindtrip’s AI-powered consumer platform, PayPal’s agentic commerce capabilities and enterprise-grade travel technology, and Sabre’s AI expertise. Together, the companies are replacing today’s fragmented, multi-step booking processes with a single, intelligent experience that flows seamlessly from inspiration to action. The
product launch is planned for the second quarter of 2026.

Instead of switching between multiple tabs, apps, and browsers, travelers will be able to interact seamlessly with an AI-powered travel assistant on the Mindtrip platform. Within a single experience, they will be able to:

▪ Receive personalized flight and hotel options
▪ Ask follow-up questions and refine recommendations conversationally
▪ Complete bookings and make payments securely directly within the
experience
▪ Seamlessly transition to post-booking management, including itinerary changes

In the background, Sabre's extensive travel platform powers complex search and comparison processes, pricing, availability, bookings and services in real time, while PayPal's digital wallet enables identity verification and a streamlined, personalized and reliable payment experience.

At the heart of the partnership is the consumer platform from Silicon Valley startup Mindtrip, whose conversational AI interface acts as a constant guide for travelers throughout their journey, translating user intent, preferences, and context into specific guidance and actions. The experience evolves as travelers ask questions, adjust preferences, and respond to new information. The initial launch will include flights, with hotels to be added later as part of a phased rollout.

PayPal will natively integrate the payment process into the booking flow through its trusted digital wallet and a wide range of payment options. This includes personalized access to flexible payment solutions, such as PayPal Pay Later, a feature that is becoming increasingly relevant as the Buy Now, Pay Later model continues to grow. Furthermore, encryption, relevant loyalty programs, and buyer and seller protections are natively integrated into eligible transactions.

Once the booking is confirmed and payment is completed, consumers can manage their expenses and access competitive pricing, rewards, and offers through the PayPal app, while suppliers benefit from a proven, high-converting payment option.
