The Latin American Association of Event and Corporate Travel Management (Alagev) announced the winners of the 4th edition of the "Você Inspira no LACTE" Award on the afternoon of the first day of LACTE 21. The initiative aims to identify initiatives that influence the market and expand the space for solutions, methodologies, and collaboration models that can serve as a reference for managers and companies in the sector.
In this edition, 34 projects were qualified and evaluated by a specialized panel, which selected two finalists in each of the three categories: ESG, Innovation, and Partnership. The winners were chosen by voting conducted through the official LACTE app this Monday, the 23rd, when the awards ceremony also took place.
In the ESG category, the winning project was the Mullet Fishing Festival, an initiative developed by the Costão do Santinho resort, which promotes the tradition of artisanal fishing, values and strengthens local entrepreneurship through environmental education. In second place was the case study of RPPN - Morro das Aranhas Private Natural Heritage Reserve, also from Costão do Santinho.
In the Innovation category, the award went to the No-Show Monitor from Grupo Energisa, an innovative service for managing corporate accommodations. Second place went to the case study “Every big spreadsheet dreams of being Eva,” from A1 Viagens, an intelligent event data management platform.
Finally, in the Partnership category, the “Bem + Viagens Program,” from MBRF and Avipam, a benefits and discounts program for employees to travel for leisure, was the participants' favorite. The “IEVC - Corporate Travel Efficiency Indicator,” from Petrobras and Voetur, came in second place.
Alagev's CEO, Luana Nogueira, highlighted that the projects presented in this edition reflect the consolidation of structured practices in the market. “The case studies demonstrate how organizations are incorporating more consistent processes, clear metrics, and strategic collaboration in the management of corporate travel and events. These initiatives that we have seen here have certainly inspired many companies and can be replicated and adapted,” she emphasized.
The trophies awarded to the winners were made from recyclable materials by the company Sucata Quântica.

In the ESG category, the case study "Events that Inspire," by Roche, was presented, which addresses the adoption of sustainable practices in event organization with the goal of becoming a benchmark in the field.
In the Innovation category, the highlight was "Less Improvisation, More Impact: The Strategic Evolution of the Events Area," by Serasa Experian, which presents an intelligent data management platform focused on predictability and fairness, information standardization, measuring the operational capacity of the team, and data consolidation.
