The traditional Disneyland Resort food festival returns this spring with a program that highlights products, recipes, and trends linked to the "Golden State." The 2026 edition of the Food & Wine Festival will bring together themed marketplaces and special menus at select restaurants within the park for just over seven weeks.
According to the Disney Eats food guide, the menu will include both new creations and dishes that have been well-received in previous years. Among the standout additions are options like the LA-style Carbonara Pizzetta, Chicharrón Nachos with chorizo and salsa verde, Pork Chile Verde Chalupas, and Ramen Mac & Cheese with Asian influences. For dessert, the Pandan Latte Churro and the Mickey Mouse-shaped macaron with SNICKERS® pieces are highlights.
The offerings will be distributed across various festival stands and established food spaces within the park, with a focus on regional flavors, cultural fusions, and presentations designed for on-the-go consumption.
As in previous years, the Sip & Savor Pass will be offered, a scannable pass available in four- or eight-coupon versions, which allows you to redeem selections of food and non-alcoholic beverages. The pass can be shared among several visitors or used on different days throughout the festival, making it easier to plan for those attending more than one day.
In addition to the culinary experience open to the general public, Sonoma Terrace will host limited-capacity beverage seminars. These sessions will include tastings and presentations by industry specialists, and advance reservations are required.
With this proposal, the park strengthens its calendar of seasonal events, integrating gastronomy, entertainment and limited edition products into an experience that targets both local visitors and international tourists.
