HBX Group (HBX.SM), a leading B2B marketplace for travel technology, announced the launch of its new Partner Portal , a solution designed to transform the interaction between hotel partners, customers, and internal teams worldwide.

The tool is part of the company's strategy to build a more connected and future-proof partner ecosystem. The portal introduces a faster, more secure, and more efficient environment that, in addition to optimizing daily operations, opens new opportunities for growth and innovation for companies linked to its distribution network.

Key improvements for hotels include greater autonomy, as establishments can manage their users and permissions through a strengthened identity and access system with two-factor authentication. The system also incorporates contracts without expiration dates and simplified rate plan configuration, allowing hotels to launch promotions and seasonal offers in minutes and capture demand in real time.

The redesign also features a more intuitive interface, aimed at reducing operational friction and simplifying property management. The platform was rebuilt on a scalable and secure technological architecture, with the goal of offering greater reliability and supporting the long-term growth of its partners.

According to Xabi Zabala, Chief Sourcing & Commercial Services Officer of HBX Group, the portal was designed taking into account the needs of the sector: “By offering greater autonomy, speed, simplicity and security, we provide a solution that not only supports the daily operations of our partners, but also evolves at the pace of their businesses.”

Available in 17 languages, the Partner Portal reinforces HBX Group's mission to simplify the complexity of the tourism sector through the use of technology, data, and innovation. At the same time, the company introduced improvements to its API-based distribution model to increase the reliability and flexibility of operations.

Daniel Nordholm, Chief Product & New Business Officer of the company, noted that these updates aim to give hoteliers greater control and confidence in their relationship with the platform, while also allowing them to scale operations and support the sustained growth of partners globally.
