Set sail on the ultimate culinary and concert adventure as SeaWorld Orlando’s Seven Seas Food Festival continues through May 17, bringing oceans of flavor, full-length live concerts and new experiences throughout the season.

With more than 200 internationally inspired food and beverage offerings across 29 festival huts — including eight new marketplace concepts for 2026 — and one of Central Florida’s most diverse live concert series, the event once again positions itself as a key spring attraction in the destination.

A world of flavor

The festival features nearly 30 globally inspired marketplace huts with rotating menus throughout the season. Culinary influences include Italian, Brazilian, Polynesian, Mediterranean, Indian, Mexican, Caribbean and German cuisine, among others.

New for 2026, the festival debuts eight marketplace concepts: Old Fashioned Milk Co. presented by Undeniably Dairy, Travelers Café, Half Pipe Pavilion, Cantina, Lucky Cat, Mediterranean Wine, Brews presented by Florida Avenue Brewing Co., and Hops and Dreams presented by Wicked Weed.

In addition to international dishes, the event highlights craft beers from Central Florida breweries such as Central 28, Florida Avenue Brewing Co. and Crooked Can. Seasonal menu rotations ensure new items are introduced regularly, encouraging repeat visits throughout the festival.

Signature dishes include lobster rolls, BBQ pulled pork mac & cheese, Brazilian churrasco steak with chimichurri, Polynesian Huli-Huli chicken, butter chicken, shrimp & grits and Mediterranean baklava, among other limited-time creations.

Secret menu experience

The festival also introduces a secret three-course dining experience at Sharks Underwater Grill. Guests can inquire at the hostess stand to access the limited insider menu, available throughout the event.

Wine pairings and chef-driven dining

New in 2026, the festival features a monthly wine pairing dinner series, offered one Saturday each month through May. Each experience includes a five-course chef-curated menu paired with premium wines from international vineyards.

Hosted at Sea Harbor Pavilion, the experience features chef storytelling, wine expert commentary, live musical ambiance and a complimentary five-punch tasting lanyard for the festival.

Live concerts every weekend

The Seven Seas Food Festival Concert Series spans multiple genres, including pop, hip-hop, country, rock and Latin music. Performances take place every weekend at Bayside Stadium and are included with park admission.

The 2026 lineup includes Flo Rida, Gene Simmons, The Beach Boys, Fitz and the Tantrums, The Fray, Trace Adkins, Boyz II Men, Grupo Manía and more. Concerts typically run 60–75 minutes and begin at 7 p.m.

Guests may enhance their experience with reserved seating options and VIP upgrades.

With rotating global flavors, exclusive dining concepts and a diverse concert lineup, Seven Seas Food Festival remains one of SeaWorld Orlando’s signature seasonal events.
