The Breakers Palm Beach announced the opening of Beach Club, the latest addition to its culinary offerings, conceived as a high-end seaside restaurant with direct views of the Atlantic Ocean. The new space follows a comprehensive $15 million renovation and is part of the resort's exclusive Ocean Club.

The project aims to offer a refined yet relaxed dining experience, available from day to night, combining the serenity of seaside living with the timeless aesthetic of the Mediterranean Riviera. The interior-exterior design integrates light-filled areas, natural textures, and an open atmosphere that reflects the sophisticated style characteristic of Palm Beach.

Mediterranean-inspired culinary proposal

The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Anthony Sicignano, who presented an à la carte breakfast and lunch menu based on fresh, seasonal ingredients, including regional products. The breakfast menu includes sweet and savory dishes, artisanal pastries, specialty coffees, teas, and wellness beverages, while lunch features shareable appetizers, salads, and light main courses.

Dinner is prepared by Chef de Cuisine Thomas Castellon, trained by international culinary luminaries such as Daniel Boulud and Thomas Keller. His menu draws inspiration from Italy's coastal regions—from the Amalfi Coast to Capri and Sicily—featuring handmade pastas, fresh seafood, and reinterpreted classic recipes, accompanied by signature cocktails and a wine selection curated by the resort's Master Sommeliers.

A design that merges Italy and Palm Beach

The space was designed by Tihany Design under the direction of architect Alessia Genova. The aesthetic combines natural tones, light travertine, bleached oak, and bluish hues, integrating custom-made furniture, hand-painted tiles, and sculptural light fixtures. Brass details and textured finishes add depth to a contemporary and inviting environment.

Highlights include a central fountain inspired by Italian piazzas, an arched loggia offering shade and ocean views, a room dedicated to Italian wine, and a landscaped terrace with olive, cypress, and citrus trees that evokes a Mediterranean garden atmosphere. The ensemble is further enhanced by murals and sculptures selected by Kevin Barry Art Advisory, inspired by the light and landscapes of the Mediterranean.

With the opening of Beach Club, The Breakers reinforces its position as one of the most iconic resorts in the United States, expanding its gastronomic collection with a proposal that combines cuisine, design and a luxury coastal experience.
