HBX Group chooses Outpayce as a strategic partner to drive its global Fintech transformation

HBX Group (HBX.SM), the leading B2B marketplace for travel technology, today announced an agreement with Outpayce, the payments company of Amadeus, with the aim of accelerating the development of its Fintech capabilities and transforming the way buyers and suppliers in the sector manage digital payments.

Thanks to this collaboration, HBX Group will use Outpayce's cloud-native Fintech platform to launch a new payments program designed to simplify and automate how travel agencies pay hotels, airlines, tour operators, and destination service providers. The platform combines issuing services and financial capabilities with features specific to the travel industry, such as more efficient payment reconciliation and enhanced cybersecurity. Furthermore, both companies plan to expand the solution to include collection flows, with the goal of creating a fully integrated, end-to-end payments ecosystem.

HBX Group partners worldwide will benefit from virtual cards issued by Outpayce, access to real-time information, seamless integration with the Outpayce B2B Wallet, and a dedicated portal for managing reports and settlement processes. Together, these capabilities facilitate payment acceptance, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual workload in the industry.

As part of the agreement, Outpayce becomes a strategic partner for issuing virtual cards. HBX Group adopts Outpayce B2B Wallet to manage its own payment flows to suppliers, boosting acceptance to billions of euros in annual transactions and supporting HBX Group's long-term Fintech strategy.
