COITM 2026 will bring together tourism destinations and suppliers from around the world in Beijing

The international meeting focused on the Chinese outbound and inbound travel market will be held from October 14 to 16 with the participation of official bodies, companies in the sector and specialized buyers

The China Outbound and Inbound Travel Market (COITM) will hold its 2026 edition in Beijing from October 14 to 16 , under the theme “Reinvigorating China Outbound, Revitalizing China Inbound .” The event is positioned as one of the leading professional platforms dedicated to strengthening connectivity between the international tourism industry and the Chinese market.

The exhibition is expected to bring together more than 300 exhibitors from around 50 destinations , including national tourism offices, embassies, destination promotion agencies, tourist attractions, travel agencies, DMCs, airlines, hotel chains, tourism technology companies, and digital marketing platforms. It also anticipates the participation of more than 4,000 international trade visitors and buyers .

Among the organizations and suppliers that have already confirmed their presence are tourism representatives from Uzbekistan, Belgrade, the Ionian Islands (Greece), Belarus, Tunisia, Uganda, South Africa and Madagascar , who will use the event as a platform to strengthen strategic alliances and promote their destinations in the Chinese market.

In addition, tour operator HCG Travel Group , recognized as one of China's leading outbound travel specialists, will participate in the 2026 edition with the aim of exploring new opportunities for cultural and tourism cooperation with international partners.

Other destinations that are also evaluating their participation include Nepal, Morocco, Egypt, Russia, Tanzania, Ghana, Bangladesh, Astana and Cuba , expanding the geographic reach and business opportunities within the event.

Throughout its various editions, COITM has established itself as a key platform for forging strategic connections between international tourism resource providers and Chinese tour operators, as well as between destinations and Chinese companies interested in strengthening their position in the global inbound tourism market. The 2026 edition will seek to further promote international cooperation and the development of the tourism sector through new commercial and cultural partnerships.
