Hilton hotel chain announced the launch of Hilton AI Planner , a new digital concierge powered by generative artificial intelligence designed to help travelers discover destinations, explore hotels and plan their stays within the company's global portfolio.

The tool, which is already available in beta at hilton.com , uses conversational intelligence to provide real-time answers and personalized recommendations, allowing users to navigate more intuitively throughout the trip planning process.

With this innovation, Hilton seeks to respond to the growing use of artificial intelligence tools in travel planning and reinforce its investment strategy in technologies aimed at improving the guest experience.

The Hilton AI Planner allows travelers to identify destinations, compare properties, and learn about available services within the company's hotel network. Through a conversational interaction system, the platform offers curated recommendations that go beyond traditional search filters.

The new tool will initially be launched for a limited group of users visiting the Hilton website, with the aim of evaluating its performance and improving its capabilities before expanding access to a wider audience.

According to the company, this initiative is part of a broader strategy aimed at redefining the guest experience through digital solutions that make travel planning more intuitive, personalized, and efficient .
