Busch Gardens Tampa Bay announced the latest additions to its traditional Food, Wine & Garden Festival, a celebration that combines international cuisine, live entertainment, and visual experiences at the theme park. The event takes place Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays until May 10, 2026, and is included with park admission.

During the festival, visitors can explore a wide range of culinary offerings while enjoying the park's attractions. This year's edition also incorporates new animal-inspired landscaping elements, including topiaries and sculptures made from plants that are integrated into the event's layout.

A menu inspired by flavors from around the world

The festival's culinary offerings feature new dishes and recipes inspired by diverse international cuisines, paired with a selection of wines, craft beers, and cocktails. Menu options include braised short ribs in red wine, herb-crusted lamb steak, Cajun lobster rolls, and macaroni and cheese with smoked chicken.

The offerings also include a variety of desserts, including Mini Banana Foster Crepes and berry tart. In total, the festival features more than 65 food options, allowing visitors to discover new flavors as they explore the park.

To enhance the culinary experience, the event offers tasting cards with eight or twelve items, allowing visitors to sample various dishes and beverages at the festival's food stalls. These cards can be purchased online. Alcoholic beverages are permitted only for visitors over 21 years of age who present identification.

Live music every weekend

The Food, Wine & Garden Festival is also known for its live concert lineup, with a total of 20 musical performances included with park admission. The shows take place every weekend until May 9th and feature artists from various musical genres.

Confirmed artists include POD, Grupo Manía, Skillet, Robin Thicke, Warren G, Dylan Scott, Kansas, Nick Carter, The Band Perry, El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico, Smash Mouth, Flo Rida, Air Supply, Bowling for Soup, Bow Wow, Ying Yang Twins, and Taking Back Sunday.

The festival will close with the Pop 2000 show, which will bring together Chris Kirkpatrick along with members of O-Town, Ryan Cabrera and LFO, offering a musical journey through some of the biggest pop hits of the 2000s.

With its combination of international gastronomy, live music and visual experiences, the Food, Wine & Garden Festival is establishing itself as one of the most outstanding events on the annual calendar of Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.
