“Each Congress is an opportunity to meet, learn, and plan together for the future of our industry. This year in Mendoza, we are once again committed to an agenda that combines innovation, leadership, technology, and concrete tools so that travel agencies can continue to grow and adapt to a constantly evolving market,” highlighted Andrés Deyá, president of FAEVYT.
With a dynamic agenda that combines keynote lectures, technical workshops and exchange spaces, the Congress will once again consolidate itself as a key meeting point for travel agents, with content designed to strengthen the strategic role of travel agencies in a context of technological transformation, changes in consumption and new challenges for the sector.
During the two days, the Congress stage will feature the participation of leading specialists from different fields who will provide complementary perspectives on business, leadership, communication and technology.
Among them will be Guillermo González, renowned for his lectures on business strategy; Lara López Calvo, an economist from the University of Buenos Aires and a Master in Finance from UCEMA, who will offer her perspective on the country's economy; Mariano Wechsler, an expert in digital transformation, who will address the challenges of digital culture; and Natalia de Vita, who will give a lecture focused on leadership, well-being, and human skills. The agenda will also include journalist Nacho Girón, who will analyze the current political and economic situation and its impact on business development.
Leadership and teamwork specialist Maxi Hapes will present a talk on emotional intelligence applied to the workplace, an increasingly relevant tool for team management.
Technology and artificial intelligence will have a prominent place with Santi Siri, a leading figure in technological innovation, and the closing will be led by Carlos Sosa, with a conference on 360° leadership, motivation and neurocoaching.
In addition to the conferences, the program will include technical workshops, destination presentations and networking spaces, along with opportunities to meet colleagues, which are already a trademark of the Congress.
Once again, the FAEVYT Travel Agents Congress positions itself as a platform for updating, inspiration and collective building to continue strengthening travel agencies and tourism as an engine of development throughout the country.
