During Holy Week, the Sofitel Legend Santa Clara hotel presents a special program that invites guests and visitors to experience a unique journey where tradition, gastronomy, and culture intertwine in settings steeped in history.

From April 2nd to 5th, the hotel opens its most legendary spaces for the first time with the floral exhibition "Where Time Blooms," a display that will transform the colonial courtyard and hallways into a sensory journey inspired by the beauty and symbolism of the season. This exhibition is part of the floral circuit that will take over the city's Historic Center and several emblematic locations during Holy Week.

Gastronomy takes center stage

Gastronomy will be a major highlight. On April 2nd and 3rd, El Jardín Restaurant will offer the Seafood Buffet, a menu showcasing the fresh flavors of the Caribbean. Additionally, from March 30th to April 5th, the pool will feature a live ceviche and seafood grill station, perfect for enjoying in a relaxed atmosphere. Furthermore, from April 2nd to 5th, between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm, Pool Parties will be held, combining music, cocktails, and entertainment.

Art will also have a prominent place with the exhibition “The Beach in Chocolate,” available until April 5 at El Jardín Restaurant. This exhibition features chocolate figures that evoke coastal landscapes and will be available for viewing and purchase.

With families in mind, the traditional Easter Treasure Hunt will take place on April 5th, an activity for children that will fill the day with fun and festive spirit. In addition, throughout the season, the restaurant will feature a special station with traditional Easter sweets, highlighting flavors that are part of Colombia's culinary heritage.

“This Easter, we wanted to create a program that connects with tradition, but also with contemporary enjoyment. From the kitchen, we sought to highlight the flavors of the sea, local products, and live experiences that invite sharing and reconnecting. It's a proposal designed so that each guest can experience the season through their senses,” says Juan Pablo Estrada, the hotel's Food and Beverage Director.

With this agenda, the hotel reaffirms its commitment to offering memorable experiences that connect with the essence of Holy Week, combining tradition, wellness and contemporary proposals in one of the most emblematic destinations in the country.
