The group also has a pipeline of 153 hotels (21,969 rooms). The region recorded a 7.4% increase in RevPAR compared to 2024.

Strong momentum in Premium, Midscale & Economy

Accor's Premium, Midscale & Economy (PM&E) division in the Americas showed outstanding growth, with a 10.2% increase in RevPAR. During the year, Accor opened 23 hotels in this segment (approximately 5,200 rooms), 11 of which operate under the franchise model, strengthening its presence in key markets such as Argentina, Brazil, the United States, and Mexico.

Key milestones include the opening of the TRIBE Belo Horizonte Savassi, marking the arrival of the TRIBE brand in Brazil, and the Treasure Island TI – Las Vegas Hotel & Casino Handwritten Collection, which became the largest hotel in Accor's global portfolio, with 2,884 rooms, symbolizing the group's entry into one of the most iconic areas of Las Vegas.

“The 2025 results in the Americas represent very consistent milestones in our growth strategy for the region. We have achieved double-digit RevPAR, accelerated our development, and sustainably strengthened our project pipeline. These figures reflect not only the strength of our business model but also the confidence of our partners in our ecosystem,” said Thomas Dubaere, CEO of Accor Americas for the Premium, Midscale & Economy division.

Expansion and new developments

Growth was also reflected in development: during 2025, Accor signed 36 new contracts in the Americas. The alliance with Royal Holiday Group enabled the addition of 17 properties in Argentina, the United States, Mexico, and Puerto Rico, which will operate under brands such as Swissôtel, Mercure, Mercure Living, and ibis Styles.

This transaction drives the group's expansion in key Mexican destinations such as Los Cabos and Puerto Vallarta, and strengthens its presence in Cancún and Acapulco. It also marks the introduction of brands like Swissôtel and Rixos to new markets, as well as ibis's arrival in the United States with the opening of ibis Styles Orlando.

In the premium segment, the addition of the Swissôtel Santo Domingo Jardines de Bellas Artes stands out as the brand's first hotel in the Dominican Republic. The group expects to maintain this pace of expansion through 2026.

Luxury and lifestyle: sustained growth

Accor also continues to strengthen its presence in the luxury and lifestyle segment, where it already operates more than 100 hotels in the Americas. During 2025, the company made progress on significant projects and renovations, such as the reopenings of the Sofitel Montreal Golden Mile and the Sofitel New York.

In Brazil, the Sofitel Rio de Janeiro Ipanema is slated to reopen in late 2026, while in Argentina, the arrival of Sofitel-branded residences in Puerto Madero has been announced. In Mexico, the Mayaliah Tulum Residences by MGallery project is planned for 2027, and The Whimsy Saint-Martin – MGallery Collection will open in 2026.

Among the future developments, Faena São Paulo stands out, planned for 2029, which will combine a hotel, residences, cultural spaces and gastronomy.

In the lifestyle segment, Ennismore opened the all-inclusive SLS Playa Mujeres in 2025, while Rixos announced its expansion in the Americas with new resorts in Cancún, Cozumel, and Puerto Vallarta. Other expected openings include Hyde Mexico City Reforma and Mama Shelter Mexico City.

Argentina: strategic focus

In Argentina, Accor continues to consolidate its presence with new openings and projects. In 2025, it inaugurated ibis Puerto San Martín, strengthening its presence in a key logistics corridor in Santa Fe.

Among the future developments, ibis Styles Ushuaia and ibis Styles Lomas de Zamora stand out, both planned for 2027. Also signed was the ibis Styles Rosario Airport, which will be part of the Paséa commercial district, with an opening projected for 2029.

Currently, Accor has 12 operating hotels in the Premium, Midscale & Economy division in the country, with a total of 1,335 rooms, encompassing brands such as Pullman, Novotel, Mercure and ibis.

Technology and guest experience

Digitalization was another key focus in 2025. 100% of the PM&E hotels managed in America incorporated IDEAS, a revenue management system based on artificial intelligence, which allows for price optimization and revenue maximization.

In addition, 97% of hotels implemented Opera Cloud as their management system, along with solutions such as self-service check-in kiosks, improving operational efficiency and the guest experience.

Brand strengthening and customer loyalty

In marketing, ibis's "Go Get It" campaign reached over 100 million people in Brazil, Chile, and Mexico, solidifying its market position. The brand was recognized as number one in Brazil in TIME magazine's World's Best Brands 2025 ranking.

Meanwhile, Pullman launched its new global platform Pullman xChange, focused on generating connections between cultures, while Novotel presented its “Longevity Everyday” positioning, aligned with wellness trends.

The ALL Accor loyalty program reached 17 million members in the Americas, with more than one billion points transferred during the year.

Sustainability and impact

In sustainability, Accor has surpassed 150 certified hotels in the Americas, with seals such as Green Key, Greener Hotels and the S Seal. In Argentina, six hotels have Greener Hotels certification.

Through its Astore platform, the group generated savings of 4 million euros and made progress towards a more sustainable supply chain, including renewable energy solutions and efficient equipment.

In social matters, Accor was recognized by HRC Equity AR 2025 as one of the best places to work for LGBTI+ people, and continues to promote community initiatives such as “Friendly Hands, Happy Paws”, focused on the rescue and responsible adoption of animals.
