The Caribbean's most awarded family vacation brand, Beaches Resorts, revealed details of its expansion with the addition of the new Treasure Beach Village at the Beaches Turks and Caicos resort.

Guests, who can book starting today, will be able to choose from 101 multi-bedroom suites with concierge and butler service, with two-, three-, and four-bedroom options. The $150 million investment will bring the all-inclusive resort's total capacity to 858 rooms and will mark the sixth "village" within the complex.

Located along an 800-meter stretch of beach on the crystal-clear waters of Grace Bay, the new area will be developed on 40 hectares of oceanfront land. Its main attractions include a 1,400 m² oceanfront pool, new dining concepts—including a food hall—and entertainment spaces such as a 32-seat movie theater.

“The time you spend with family is life’s greatest treasure, and that philosophy is the foundation of what we’ve set out to create here at Beaches Resorts,” said Adam Stewart, CEO of Sandals Resorts International. “The Caribbean is a paradise, and this is a place where children will even put down their electronic devices.”

A sanctuary facing the sea

From the moment they arrive, guests are surrounded by ocean views that define the design of Treasure Beach Village. The aesthetic blends coastal elegance with details inspired by marine life, such as sculptures in the lobby shaped like turtles and seahorses, as well as installations crafted from seashells by local artisans.

At the heart of the complex is a main infinity pool, designed with a natural slope that mimics the beach. It includes a pedestrian bridge, three water slides, a children's water play area, relaxation spaces, and a swim-up bar with in-water seating.

Accommodation for families and groups

Treasure Beach Village will offer different categories of suites and villas designed for families and large groups.

Among them is the Chairman's Penthouse Suite, distributed over two levels and with more than 260 m² of interior space in three rooms.

Also noteworthy are the three-story, four-bedroom, oceanfront CrystalSky Reserve Villas, which can accommodate up to 10 guests and feature a private pool and rooftop terrace. These units include amenities such as a washer, dryer, wine refrigerator, and outdoor kitchen.

The offer is completed with two- and three-bedroom suites, equipped with modern bunk beds, spacious kitchens and outdoor living areas.

New gastronomic and entertainment offering

The expansion will add seven new food and beverage concepts available to all resort guests.

These include:

Butch's Island Chophouse, in homage to founder Gordon “Butch” Stewart;
BRÜ, a coffee bar that transforms into a nightclub;
A swim-up bar with a slushie station;
Pinta Food Hall, with international cuisine including tacos, ceviche, empanadas, and pizzas.

In addition, the new village will feature the Starfish Cinema, a 32-seat movie theater, and rest areas designed for families.

A constantly growing resort

Treasure Beach Village joins Caribbean Village, Seaside Village, Key West Village, Italian Village and French Village, completing six areas within Beaches Turks and Caicos.

The resort also features the 4,190 m² Pirates Island water park, 30 specialty restaurants, and 16 swimming pools. Guests have access to unlimited water and land sports, including kayaking, windsurfing, and PADI-certified scuba diving.

It also offers a free Kids Camp childcare program for children and teenagers up to 17 years old, with activities that include experiences with Sesame Street® characters.
