What is the objective of your participation in this fair?

We are at this trade fair because we have always been interested in the Latin American market, and Brazil, in particular, has been a strong market for Costa Rica for many years and continues to be so. In recent years, especially in 2025 and early 2026, it has shown significant growth.

In this context, we aim to offer a differentiated product like RedTacar, focused on tourists, providing an excellent experience, and guaranteeing complete coverage throughout the country. Our main objective is to attract clients who trust us to ensure their passengers have an outstanding travel experience through our transportation service.

What is your assessment of the first few months of the year and what are your expectations for the remainder of the season?

The first few months of the year have been positive for Costa Rica. A good level of activity and occupancy has been recorded.

Looking ahead to the coming months, the goal is to maintain this volume, keeping in mind that the low season is approaching. In this context, it will be crucial to work on variables such as rates and occupancy. Even so, expectations are favorable, and a strong performance is projected for the rest of the year.

What type of tourists usually request their services?

The service is geared towards all types of tourists. In Costa Rica, car rental is one of the main transportation options, as it allows visitors to manage their time and explore the country with greater freedom.

Tourists typically choose their accommodation first and then their transportation. In this regard, we offer flexible solutions, with rental options ranging from a single day to longer periods, without restrictions.

The fleet includes everything from compact cars and sedans to 4x4 vehicles, adapting to the characteristics of each destination and the specific needs of each traveler.

What is it like working with travel agencies? Have any new agreements been reached?

The relationship with travel agencies is constant and seamless. In addition to offering competitive rates, we work closely with them to efficiently meet their needs, providing flexibility and a variety of service options.

As part of this offering, personalized services are incorporated, such as airport shuttle transfers, which allow us to meet passengers and accompany them to the office. These kinds of details, often initiated by the agencies, contribute to improving the end customer's experience and strengthening the value proposition.

How will the schedule of actions continue after this event?

The company plans to continue participating in international trade fairs in both Europe and Latin America in the coming months, with the aim of further positioning its brand and expanding its presence in new markets.
