Could you tell us what the objectives of your participation in this international event are?
TBO is participating in WTM with the aim of strengthening the marketing of a product that is already a success within the company: train services. In this regard, the strategy focuses on reinforcing the alliance with Rail Europe and boosting sales of rail services across the European continent.
During the three days of the event, the company is also running activations at its booth to promote this segment. At the same time, it continues to promote the rest of its portfolio, which includes air services, accommodation—its main product—car rentals, tours, services, and customized packages.
The company offers a comprehensive proposal for travel agents, who can find on the platform all the necessary tools to put together a complete package for their clients.
For those who are not yet familiar with the company, what kind of solutions do they offer to operators and agencies?
TBO offers a 100% online portal that allows you to manage the entire process independently, from booking to ticketing and payment. It also offers financing options in up to ten installments, providing flexibility in the transaction.
The system is designed so that the agent can work independently, although it also has a support team available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, should assistance be required.
Another differentiating factor is that the agent can define their own commission margin, with a limit of up to 25%, managing it directly within the platform.
From your perspective, what trends are you observing in the sector?
The rail segment is emerging as one of the main trends in the market. In this context, the company continues to promote this product as one of its strategic priorities.
While there are global challenges, TBO emphasizes that tourism remains dynamic. The company continues to strengthen its operations in Brazil, with a dedicated team focused on product development and direct partnerships with accommodations.
In parallel, the presence in Europe is being strengthened through the alliance with Rail Europe, with a focus on high-demand routes such as Paris and Switzerland.
Following this event, what is your next action plan?
The company will continue to develop its business strategy through a training schedule. Webinars for travel agents are held weekly, showcasing various products, including trains, flights, and cruises.
These actions are complemented by participation in the main trade fairs in the sector, consolidating its market position. The company also highlighted the positive outcome of its presence at WTM 2026, which it described as a success.
