Air connectivity is consolidating itself as one of the key factors in the choice of MICE destinations, and in this scenario Aruba has marked a turning point in its relationship with the Argentine market.

Since January 2026, the island has had direct flights from Aerolíneas Argentinas from Buenos Aires and Córdoba, a substantial improvement in access that directly impacts the competitiveness of the destination within the Caribbean.

This advancement represents a significant change for the corporate segment. The ability to operate nonstop flights allows for reduced travel times, optimized group logistics, and simplified program planning, especially for events and incentive trips involving large numbers of participants.

In turn, direct connectivity improves the perceived value of the destination compared to other regional options, facilitating the decision-making process for planners, businesses, and end customers alike.

In this context, connectivity ceases to be a barrier for the Argentine market and becomes a key factor for growth and conversion. This improvement is complemented by a network of regional connections that expands operational possibilities, including routes via Panama with Copa Airlines, Bogotá with Avianca, Peru with LATAM, and São Paulo with GOL.

In this way, Aruba strengthens its position as an accessible, efficient and adaptable destination for different group profiles, consolidating its proposal within the MICE segment in Latin America.
