Minor Hotels announced the transformation of its online environment with the relaunch of minorhotels.com, a tool aimed at the end consumer that allows direct management of reservations in its more than 640 hotels, resorts and branded residences in 63 countries.

The site offers a streamlined and centralized navigation system, allowing users to explore the global offerings segmented by category. Luxury includes brands such as Anantara Hotels & Resorts, Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, and Elewana Collection; Premium features NH Collection Hotels & Resorts and Avani Hotels & Resorts; while Select includes NH Hotels, Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites, and nhow Hotels. This organization makes it easy to identify options based on the type of trip, from leisure getaways to corporate or extended stays.

The platform allows for end-to-end planning in a single environment, with access to detailed descriptions, images, interactive maps, and exclusive promotions. In addition, a new mobile app has been launched that unifies all the group's brands, allowing users to manage reservations, receive personalized information, and, during their stay, interact with the hotel and request services in real time.

In parallel, the company is reinforcing its environmental commitment by integrating its UP FOR PLANET and UP FOR PEOPLE programs into this experience. These initiatives include emissions reduction, resource optimization, a decrease in single-use plastics, and the promotion of clean energy, along with social impact actions in the communities where it operates.

Guests can also participate through tools such as FASTPASS, which digitizes processes such as check-in and check-out, reducing paper use, as well as accessing sustainable mobility options and activities linked to environmental conservation.

On the other hand, the relaunch includes a specific proposal for the B2B segment with Minor PRO, a space that centralizes solutions for companies, event organizers and travel agents, integrating programs such as NH PRO, Anantara Journeys and Oaks Professionals.

“We are committed to providing a digital experience that reflects the excellence of our hotels. With minorhotels.com and our new mobile app, we aim to simplify and enrich the way our guests plan, book, and experience their trips,” said Christian Daghelinckx, Managing Director for Latin America at Minor Hotels Europe & Americas.

The company will continue to incorporate new features on both the web and the app, focusing on personalization and the integration of services such as gastronomy, spa and wellness, to offer a smoother journey from inspiration to stay.
