Aeropuertos Uruguay was recognized as the most attractive brand to work for in the country by the Employer Brand ranking of the global consulting firm Randstad.
The report is produced by one of the world's leading human resources companies, which evaluates companies based on people's perceptions and satisfaction with what it's like to work there.
In its latest study, Aeropuertos Uruguay topped the ranking, followed by Mercado Libre in second place and IBM in third. The study surveyed over 2,000 people in Uruguay, who gave their opinions on more than 75 of the country's largest companies, with the aim of understanding their perception of each one.
Based on this survey, it was concluded that Aeropuertos Uruguay stood out for its employment offer and for the comprehensive support it provides to its employees, crowning itself as a “Love Brand”.
