Preferred Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest independent luxury hotel brand, continued its strategic expansion and leadership in the independent hospitality segment by adding 21 new properties to its global portfolio between October 1 and December 31, 2025.
From a historic retreat in southern Italy to a vibrant resort in the heart of Texas wine country, these additions reflect the diversity of experiences travelers can discover across the brand’s global portfolio.

· Mazaj Cruises (Nile River, Egypt) – Lifestyle Collection:
Marks the company’s entry into luxury river cruising, offering five curated experiences between Luxor and Aswan.
· Masseria San Domenico (Savelletri di Fasano, Italy) – Legend Collection:
A restored five-star property blending historical charm with contemporary elegance.
· Carillon Miami Wellness Resort (Miami Beach, United States) – Lifestyle Collection:
A wellness-focused resort featuring one of the largest spas on the U.S. East Coast.
· Samsara Ubud (Bali, Indonesia) – LVX Collection:
A boutique jungle retreat combining luxury, culture, and nature.
· Admiral Hotel (Copenhagen, Denmark) – LVX Collection:
A waterfront hotel showcasing maritime heritage and modern design.
The portfolio also expanded with additional properties across destinations including the United States, Panama, Italy, Spain, Egypt, South Africa, Israel, and China.
All properties participate in the I Prefer Hotel Rewards loyalty program, which has over 6 million members worldwide.
