How would you describe the offerings of both hotels?
Aloft is a younger, more vibrant, and technologically advanced brand within Marriott's portfolio, while Marriott Piantini offers a more cutting-edge, minimalist concept focused on tranquility.

Between the two properties, we have 400 rooms and a very complete culinary offering, with five restaurants featuring Japanese, Italian, Mexican, Lebanese, and international cuisine. All are open to the public.

In addition, we have a strong offering for congresses and conventions, with halls that can accommodate up to 800 people and adaptable configurations according to the client's needs.

What kind of unique services do you offer for events?
We have exclusive spaces, such as private rooms within our Makoto restaurant, with independent access, ideal for more private meetings.

We also have a banquet team that provides comprehensive advice to clients on event organization, from setup to hiring external suppliers, guaranteeing a personalized and high-level service.

What is the location like, and what advantages does it offer?
We are in the heart of Santo Domingo's business district, close to major shopping centers, restaurants, and businesses. The two towers are connected, making it easy for guests to get around.

In addition, we have rooftop terraces on the 21st floor with panoramic views: the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. We are just 5 minutes from the boardwalk and 10 minutes from the Olympic Center, which positions us perfectly for both business and leisure.

Can you accommodate both corporate and leisure tourists?
Yes, of course. Our offering is designed for both segments. We can host both business travelers and tourists, providing experiences tailored to each profile.

How do you work with travel agents and tour operators?
We work with specific rates for tour operators, which are set for periods of up to one year. We then evaluate each partner's output and adjust the terms based on performance, aiming to build long-term relationships.

How important is DATE to you?
DATE is currently the most important tourism fair in the Dominican Republic. It's the space where the main buyers and sellers in the sector come together.

Participating gives us visibility, positioning, and, above all, the opportunity to generate concrete business deals. It's a key platform for strengthening our presence in the industry.
