Located in Ilhéus, south coast of Bahia, land of Gabriela and cradle of cacao history, Cana Brava All Inclusive Resort celebrates the success of its five years all inclusive

Among the actions developed to provide the framework for the implementation of the system, which was responsible for including the venture on the country's major resort routes, Cana Brava inaugurated its new a la carte restaurant, Coco Dendê.

 

In the sequence and with the certainty of the assertiveness in the choice and presentation of the dishes of the menu, invited the Masterchefs Michelle Crispim and Vitor Bourguignon for the challenge "prove and approve", whose result was the full approval of the dishes offered. At the same time, the enterprise has been carrying out a series of internal actions with the developers of the project.

The resort has one of the most complete services of the sport, offering 6 bars, two of which are wet in the leisure and recreation pool, and the most recent one that is available until 2 am, serving guests wishing to extend the night. In these bars it is possible to consume sparkling wine, drinks, roskas, chopp, beats, wines, whiskey, juices, coconut water, beer, among other options, always cherishing great brands such as Budweiser lonk neck and Brahma chopp.


Cana Brava is one of the few in its category that offers 24-hour food. In addition to spending the day enjoying delicious varieties served at different times, such as acarajé and tapioca in the corner of Bahia, you can indulge in the typical hunger of dawn with snacks, cakes, breads, juices, and coffee in the early morning supper.


To keep all this equipment, you need a great team behind, and for this reason the Food & Beverage sector of the resort has a staff of almost 200 direct employees, working every day to surprise the customers of the most different palates. It is worth mentioning the nutritionist team that inspects and examines samples of all the food served at the resort, and supervises the process of production of the baby food available in the Baby Cup, where mothers find a space totally equipped with fruits, vegetables, milk, chocolate , mucilon, and kitchen utensils that ensure comfort and practicality at the time of the baby's meal.
