Hilton (NYSE: HLT) today announced the signing of two hotel development contracts for the Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Lima, Peru: Hotel Bel'Arte Lima and Hotel Museo de Osma, the first international properties of the 14th Hilton brand, created for travelers looking for an exclusive hotel experience and first level. These new agreements are integrated into the Hilton development channel, which now includes eight hotels in Peru, which means adding more than 1,000 rooms in key markets across the country.

Scheduled to open its doors in 2021, the 117-room Bel'Arte Lima Hotel and the Tapestry Collection by Hilton brand will be located in the financial district of San Isidro, in the capital of Peru. The hotel, unique in its kind, offers an art gallery within the property and is ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
Located in the cultural district of Barranco in Lima, the 86-room Osma Hotel Museum, also by the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is expected to open its doors in 2021. The distinctive hotel will be part of the De Osma mixed-use development, which It will have a theater, a museum and a shopping center.

· Hampton Inn by Hilton Arequipa: 104 rooms, opening scheduled for 2020
· Hampton Inn by Hilton Tarapoto: 86 rooms, opening scheduled for 2021
· Homewood Suites by Hilton Lima Miraflores: 100 rooms, opening scheduled for 2021
· Hilton Garden Inn Lima Miraflores: 250 rooms, opening scheduled for 2019
· Hilton Garden Inn Lima San Isidro: 194 rooms, opening scheduled for 2020
Hilton currently has a portfolio of six hotels in Peru, including the 71-room DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Iquitos, which reopened in February 2018 after its refurbishment. The opening of this full service hotel in the Province of Maynas consolidates Hilton's commitment to expand beyond Lima and seek opportunities throughout the country.
