Once again, the City of Buenos Aires was selected as one of the preferred destinations of the LGBT community. In addition to the only representative from Latin America and the winner Tel Aviv, they completed the top ten Berlin, Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Madrid, Palm Springs, Reykjvaik, Taipei, and Tokyo. The British LGBT Awards are the most prominent of the segment and are delivered every year in an exclusive ceremony in the city of London.

The event organized by the Gay Lesbian Chamber of Commerce of Argentina together with the City Tourism Agency expects to receive more than 1800 attendees from 15 different countries. In addition, in 2020 will host the fifth edition of the LGBT Games with about 5,000 athletes from 15 different disciplines.
From the Buenos Aires Tourism Entity, 8 international actions of the LGBT segment are led, including the recent IGLTA Annual Convention in Canada, the special participation in a tourism fair in São Paulo and the next Proud Experience in London during the month of June. .
