Big Bus Tours is the largest operator of open tourism tours in the world, offering tours in 19 cities on three continents. During IPW 2018 we had the chance to talk with Alex Payne, CEO of the firm who shared interesting details about the current affairs of the firm. The executive commented: "Our company was formed by the merger of two established tourism businesses: Big Bus Company Ltd (headquartered in London) and Les Cars Rouges (based in Paris) .The two businesses, each with more than 20 years of experience in successful tours, they created Big Bus Tours in May 2011. Big Bus was acquired by Exponent LLC, a private equity company headquartered in London in 2015".
