Best Western held its Annual Meeting of Hoteliers 2018 South America

The Annual Meeting of Hoteliers is an event that takes place annually in the different countries of South America where the chain is located. This year, the event was held in Panama City, where the Best Western Plus Panama Zen Hotel is located.

The convention lasted 3 days and was attended by Vice President Suzi Yoder, the hoteliers of South America and the staff of Best Western South America.

Within the main activities, a welcome cocktail was held, the results of the hotel chain were presented with respect to 2017 as well as the positioning of the brand in the region. Also, a presentation developed by the airline Copa Airlines, a workshop for travel agencies that took place at the hotel was held and on the last day the convention culminated with a city tour to Panama City.

On the other hand, the awards were given to the South American hotels that stood out during the year 2017. The Best Western Cplaza and Best Western Pedro Figari hotels were awarded for their 15th anniversary together with the chain, at the Best Western Shalimar Praia Hotel by 10 years old and the Best Western Villa Sofia Apart Hotel for celebrating 5 years. In addition, the Best Western Premier Maceió was awarded for Best In Costumer Care, the Best Western Plus Santa Marta Hotel for Best In Quality, and finally the Best Western Plus Santa Marta and the Best Western Premier Maceió were recognized as Best of the Best.
