The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) will kick off the 17th version of its highly anticipated Miami Spice Restaurant Program, which brings a variety of discounts and privileges for foodies. From August 1 to September 30, the program will show the diversity and constant evolution of the culinary scene of Greater Miami and the Beaches. It is estimated that since its launch in 2001, more than one million meals were served at the Miami Spice. The most important event of the cuisine of Miami are Chandon California, Fiji Waters, Terrazas de los Andes and Stella Artois.

Talbert III. CDME. "This year's program is more solid than ever and offers residents and visitors exclusive savings in Greater Miami and the Beaches"
During August and September, the haute cuisine restaurants will offer a Miami Spice menu at a reduced fixed price (USD 23 per person for lunch and brunch / USD 39 per person for dinner) in some of the most popular and vibrant neighborhoods of the destination. Miami Beach, Bal Harbor, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Doral, Downtown Miami, South Miami, Surfside, Sunny Isles and Wynwood. Prices include an appetizer, main course and dessert; Taxes, tips and service charges are additional. A special addition this year is the offer of the brunch menu at USD 23 per person for fans of this new meal.
This year, the Miami Spice Restaurant Program will collaborate with Slow Food Miami, a local non-profit organization that recognizes local businesses that maintain good, clean and fair standards, granting the approval snail to producers, co-producers and artisans, in recognition of its contribution to the Quality, Authenticity and Sustainability of the food and beverages consumed. The Miami Spice website will announce the 2018 participants that they are sealed with the approval snail.

Kt in W Miami, Miami Beach Azabu, Babylon Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar, Biella Ristorante, Caña, Chotto Matte, Coco Bamboo, Raw Fusion Art, Ten and Six, Earls Kitchen + Bar, Habitat Miami Beach, Katsuya Brickell, La Rue Bistronomie , Malibu Farm Miami Beach, M House Miami, MayFair Kitchen, Mira Five Stars, Work Kitchen Table, Palat, Planta, Pubbelly Sushi, Swine Southern Table & Bar, The Alley, The Grill on the Alley Adventure, The Local House and The Strand Bar & Grill.
