According to the Governor of Guerrero, Tianguis Turístico 2019 must capture the attention of the new federal administration

During the First Working Meeting of the Organizing Committee, the state leader acknowledged the support provided by President Enrique Peña Nieto, returning every two years this event to Acapulco, port that saw him born; and announced a series of actions to be undertaken.

These include the rehabilitation of Playa Manzanillo and Paseo de Pescador, the cycle track in the Diamante zone and in Zihuatanejo, as well as the Chichihualco distributor in Chilpancingo, the Poniente de Acapulco-Coyuca de Benítez Bypass, which will connect both coastal municipalities in 14 minutes. , as well as the inauguration of the Siglo XXI highway that brings the state of Puebla and Acapulco closer to only three and a half hours.

For his part, the Deputy General Director of Marketing and Promotion of the Tourism Promotion Council of Mexico (CPTM), David Espinoza Freyre, accompanied by the members of the 15 federal subcommittees, said that it is important to standardize the federal subcommittees with the 19 state subcommittees so that the Tianguis Turístico 2019 is the best in history.

The State Organizing Committee will be chaired by Governor Héctor Astudillo and its general coordinator will be the Secretary of Tourism of Guerrero, Ernesto Rodríguez Escalona. The subcommittees were integrated as follows:
