MICE planners are increasingly choosing the pacific zone, which is fast becoming Mexico's number one destination for successful events around the world. Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit offer easy connections to most of the major cities in Latin America, through two major airports. Riviera Nayarit begins a few minutes north of the International Airport of Puerto Vallarta, which has 250 international and domestic flights per week. The region extends approximately 40 minutes west of the Tepic International Airport on its northern border. Aeroméxico, Avianca, Interjet, Latam and Wingo, are just some of the many airlines that offer flights to these airports via Mexico City. And from December 16, two Copa Airlines frequencies will connect in direct flight from and to Panama with the Mexican Pacific through its hub of the Americas that offers excellent connections to Central and South America.
