TOTVS announces Dennis Herszkowicz as director-president and Laércio Cosentino as chairman

TOTVS, leader in the development of business solutions in Brazil and Latin America, announces Dennis Herszkowicz as the company's CEO. The announcement is part of the succession plan and is accompanied by the election of Laércio Cosentino as chairman, by the members of the Board of Directors, replacing Pedro Passos, who will continue as a director of the company. The leadership of Pedro Passos as chairman of the company was essential for the conclusion of the succession process.

As director-president, Dennis will answer for the management of the strategy of growth, operation, results, people management and will report to the Board of Directors.

As chairman, Laércio will focus on the transition, on the definition and accompaniment of the strategy and on the proximity of Clients and the Market, as representative of the Board of Directors.

Laércio Cosentino founded TOTVS in 1983 (Microsiga at that time), with Ernesto Heberkorn, and led the company throughout his career of succession, which resulted in the company's absolute leadership in the Brazilian market of management systems, as well as influencing relevant way in the evolution of the Brazilian market of information technology. Dennis Herszkowicz was a partner and director of Linx SA, between 2003 and 2018, holding different vice-presidencies, in addition to having been a member of the Board of Directors in the period from 2011 to 2014. Between 2012 and 2017, he was Chief Financial Officer and Director of RI, being responsible for the IPO in 2013, and for the follow-on in 2016, in addition to conducting 20 acquisitions in the period. Between 2017 and 2018, he was executive vice-president of New Markets, Business Units focused on Fintech. Previously, he was CEO of DeRemate.com in Brazil, founder and CEO of Gibraltar.com, as well as having gone through companies such as Unilever and Credicard S.A. He is received in Propaganda and Marketing from the ESPM.
