Meliá Hotels International, the leading Spanish hotel company with more than 380 hotels worldwide, announced last month the grand opening of its two new hotels: Meliá Punta Cana Beach Resort, an adults-only resort, and Meliá Caribe Beach Resort, a resort for everyone. After splitting into two different resorts, both hotels have now opened their doors and offer a wide variety of delicious dining options and specialized activities, created to enhance the guest experience and give this destination a new level of luxury.

The Meliá Punta Cana Beach Resort, an adults-only hotel, offers luxury services such as THE LEVEL, the most exclusive service concept of Meliá Hotels & Resorts, and magnificent views of its tropical gardens and Playa Bávaro. The resort has 544 rooms that include both standard junior suites and 136 THE LEVEL category suites, and also offers superior dining experiences, endless activities for adults and access to the hotel's YHI Spa, designed to achieve maximum relaxation. THE LEVEL includes preferential services, such as an exclusive VIP lounge for the registration and departure of guests, an exclusive pool, access to the exclusive Quimera Restaurant & Rooftop restaurant, free internet access, as well as premium drinks, snacks and coffee and tea service for the whole day. The gastronomic options at the Meliá Punta Cana Beach Resort include seven different restaurant concepts, ranging from Mediterranean to Italian cuisine: Casa Nostra, an elegant restaurant with Italian specialties and grilled dishes; Muoi, an oriental restaurant that offers Dim Sum, Vietnamese, sushi and Robatta cuisine; Mosaic, epicenter of the hotel's gastronomic experience, where Mediterranean cuisine is served in an informal setting decorated with local and art deco elements; Rumba, an open-air restaurant with an impressive view of the sea that offers breakfast and international buffet lunch; and Replay, a sports bar with a wide variety of cocktails.
