Pedro Heilbron, CEO of Copa Airlines, assumes the Presidency of ALTA

The executive has been President of the Executive Committee twice and his leadership will again bring important value to the activities of the association

The Latin American and Caribbean Air Transport Association (ALTA) announces that, effective today, Pedro Heilbron - Executive President of Copa Airlines and Vice President of the Executive Committee of ALTA - assumes the interim presidency of ALTA until the next elections, in accordance with the statutes of the association.
 
Luis Felipe de Oliveira, Executive Director of ALTA, highlights: "Pedro Heilbron has been President of the Executive Committee of ALTA on two occasions and we are sure that his leadership will once again bring significant value to the activities of the association to continue the path we have been following. to be more effective and promote the true value of aviation as an economic and social engine of the region. "
