The hotel chain has a Hyatt Place in Bogotá with 142 rooms and a Hyatt Place in Aruba with 116 rooms. It also announces the construction of the new Hyatt Place San Jose Cariari with 120 rooms
Hyatt Hotels Corporation today announced the official opening of two new Hyatt Place hotels in Latin America. Hyatt Place Bogotá / Convention Center with 142 rooms and Hyatt Place Aruba Airport with 116 rooms. Likewise, Hyatt announced that it has signed a management agreement with Cariari Premium Outlets S.A. and its affiliates for a new Hyatt Place hotel in the province of Heredia in Costa Rica, the 120-room Hyatt Place San José Cariari.
Located in the Quinta Paredes neighborhood, 15 minutes by car from El Dorado airport and within walking distance of the Agora Convention Center, the Corferias Convention Center and the US Embassy. UU., The new Hyatt Place Bogotá / Convention Center, marks the entrance of the Hyatt Place brand to Colombia and is the third Hyatt brand hotel in the country, joining Grand Hyatt Bogotá and Hyatt Regency Cartagena.
While Hyatt Place Aruba Airport, run by Pelca Development VBA, the second Hyatt hotel in Aruba, next to the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa and Casino and the fourth Hyatt Place in the Caribbean, is located at the Aruba Airport Business Center in Oranjestad, next to Reina Beatrix Airport (AUA), three miles from the Port Authority of Aruba and just one step away from the best beaches in the area, including Baby Beach and Surfside Beach.

For its part, the Hyatt Place San Jose Cariari property will be located on one of Heredia's main avenues, less than a mile away from the recently opened Costa Rica Convention Center, in the heart of the country's most important economic center. Construction is expected to begin in early 2020 and open in the second quarter of 2021. This hotel will join the already open properties of Hyatt, Hyatt Place San Jose Pinares and Andaz Costa Rica Resort at Peninsula Papagayo in Costa Rica.
