RIU Hotels & Resorts has been awarded with 72 TUI awards

TUI Germany has rewarded the good work of RIU hotels by awarding the chain with 72 awards in its different categories. A total of 42 RIU hotels from the four continents in which the chain is present and which have been fortunate to receive the following awards:

TUI Umweltchampion
Since they were created in 1997, the main mission of TUI Umwelt Champion is to recognize those hotels that best meet the technical and organizational requirements in relation to sustainable and responsible hotel management, for example with energy and water saving measures. This year RIU Hotels received 23 awards in this category.

TUI TOP Quality
It is the award granted by TUI since 2015 to those who are considered the best hotels by customers of the German tour operator. All RIU hotels awarded with this award were evaluated through a survey that TUI conducted to its customers and achieved, at a minimum, a rating of 8'7 out of 10. The TUI TOP Quality seal is a trusted orientation that leads customers from TUI to the accommodations considered by the German tour operator as first class accommodations. In this category, RIU has received a total of 38 awards.

TUI Family Champion
TUI Family Champion are reserved for the best family hotels, being again selected by TUI customers. With this distinction, RIU's award-winning hotels stand out for being suitable for families, thanks to the facilities and services offered to their guests. The Mallorcan chain has been awarded nine awards.

TUI Holly
Of all the awards granted by the German tour operator, TUI Holly is the highest recognition a hotel can receive. Since 1994, TUI customers value their best hotels, symbolizing everything that makes a perfect holiday with TUI: great love for detail, a first class service and an extraordinary gastronomic offer. In this case, there have been two RIU hotels that have been awarded this award for excellence.
