Both the Esplendor hotel and the Dazzler hotel, brands of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, were recognized in the ranking of the Best Places to Work in Paraguay, among 17 companies, divided into three categories. The ranking is prepared by Great Place To Work®, a leading company in the transformation of climate and organizational culture.
Both hotels were ranked fourth in the “Multinationals with up to 150 employees” category, improving the background of 2017 where they achieved eighth place. The category podium was led by DHL, followed by Citibank and Techo.

Good treatment is one of the characteristics that define Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and the operation in each of its hotels, which, among other things, has been a key element in achieving fourth place, ”said Josefina Otero, General Manager of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for Asunción.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts employs a total of 135 people in Paraguay in its hotels in the city of Asunción.
This year, 17 companies with the best practices were selected, which share the following characteristics: The conviction that the management of people is essential to generate intangible assets, which have a direct impact on the capacity to create value; the alignment of employees, customer service and proactivity.
