The newly built property will offer 150 rooms and suites, next to a commercial and business center that will offer a variety of restaurants, bars and local attractions within walking distance.
The hotel will feature the new Radisson design concept, with a comfortable and natural look that fosters a balanced environment. Radisson hotels provide opportunities to create experiences that focus on social spaces, gastronomy, rooms, meetings and wellness. Guests can enjoy the brand's renowned services, including restaurant, Fitness Center and outdoor pool. The hotel will also serve business travelers with its meeting spaces and its Business Center. Construction is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2020 with plans to open at the end of 2022.

Radisson Hotel Group, which celebrated the 30th anniversary of its presence in Latin America throughout 2019, currently has six hotels open in Mexico and estimates adding to the Radisson Hotel Tapatio Guadalajara in the first quarter of 2020.
