Tivoli Mofarrej Sao Paulo presents the largest suite in Latin America

Completely renovated, the presidential suite of the São Paulo hotel now has all the Brazilian bossa in the decoration of its 750 m²

The Presidential Suite was renovated presenting a new simple and innovative concept, without losing the style and sophistication that characterizes Tivoli Mofarrej São Paulo. The project, developed by the outstanding Penha Study, proposes a harmony between the green, the purity and the simplicity of the Brazilian with urban life and its frenzy. Living an unforgettable luxury experience in a comforting and well-Brazilian environment is possible in Tivoli Mofarrej.

With a panoramic view of the best of São Paulo, the largest suite in Latin America, located on the 22nd floor of the hotel, has a kitchen, desk, dining room, living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, distributed in its huge 750m². His new concept was inspired by Brazilian contemporaneity that, through earthy tones and natural materials - such as linen, cotton, ceramics and local crafts - reveals a refuge of sophistication in the hectic city, valuing the incidence of natural light and stimulating the view of the busiest avenue in the city, Paulista Avenue. The concrete columns, made of exposed concrete, give the modern and urban São Paulo air to the environments, connecting the interior with the exterior, a symbolic touch for the suite of one of the most emblematic buildings of the metropolis.

The great changes are reflected in the new arrangement of the space, all the decoration and distribution of the environments are oriented to the panoramic view. To make a space more integrated and fluid, the suite presents areas with small environments, integrated without physical separations, to find warmth in such a large space.

The highlight of renovation is in the main room: a large, unique, integrated and very bright space overlooking the Trianon Park. Inspired by the contemporary, the proposal is to make the guest's stay a unique experience and feel all the local characteristics in the most Brazilian of the suites.

Other novelties in the design are the desk, which was projected in the new presidential suite as a work or meeting area; and the dining room, separated from the entrance by a decorated glass frame, that creates an effect of shadow and movement made by those in the social area. The project includes the newest in technological systems, such as the multimedia room with a 120-inch retractable screen and two iPads that control the entire sound, lighting and temperature system.

The choice of materials for this new version had a focus on sustainability: part of the furniture was made from demolition wood and several pieces are signed by Brazilian designers, such as Jader Almeida lamps, Sérgio Rodrigues stools and Percival Lafer armchairs, which are integrated with other antique and unique furniture, from the 50s, carefully preserved and integrated. In addition to furniture, paintings and other artistic installations are also made by Brazilian designers as author works, reinforcing the authenticity and comfort transmitted by the entire project.

World Travel Award 2018, considered the Oscar of Tourism award, chose the Presidential Suite of Tivoli Mofarrej São Paulo as the best suite in Brazil. With rates that offer, in addition to the excellence of the space, a premium treatment, the guests of the suite have massages included in Anantara Spa and can have 24-hour concierge service.
