RIU receives 16 HolidayCheck awards

HolidayCheck, the largest German hotel review portal, has granted its annual "HolidayCheck Award" for the 15th consecutive year. Award-winning hotels are those that have received the best ratings from users. A total of 16 RIU Hotels & Resorts hotels are among the winners of this year. These include the Riu Guarana in Portugal and the Riu Garoe in Tenerife that have received the prestigious "HolidayCheck Gold Award" for having been awarded for at least the last five consecutive years at the HolidayCheck Awards.

The distinction of a hotel with this award recognizes the commitment and effort of its team to exceed the expectations of its customers with a quality product and attentive and professional service every day of the year, something that is reflected later in the numerous Positive comments. To award this prestigious award, hotels must have collected a minimum of 50 opinions from their customers during the past year and have been recommended by at least 90% by their former customers. In addition, the hotel must not have violated the HolidayCheck code of conduct.
