GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes SA ("GOL" or "Company"), (B3: GOLL4 eNYSE: GOL), and American Airlines announce a codeshare agreement that will offer the largest number of daily flights between South America and the USA from than any other airline partnership.
When approved by authorities in Brazil and the USA, GOL's new codeshare will allow its Customers to conveniently connect to more than 30 destinations in the USA. The flights will operate from GOL's hubs in São Paulo (GRU), Rio de Janeiro (GIG), Brasilia (BSB) and Fortaleza (FOR), and will be added to GOL's current regular flights to Miami and Orlando.
"GOL and American Airlines are two of the main airlines in Brazil and the USA, and will offer the best experience to Customers, with the largest number of flights and destinations across the Americas," said Paulo Kakinoff, CEO of GOL. "This will strengthen GOL's presence in international markets and accelerate our long-term growth." GOL's network serves 88 destinations in Brazil and 16 international, in addition to 149 international destinations through codeshare agreements.

The partnership between GOL and American Airlines will make it easier for Customers to purchase connected segments from both airlines using a single reservation and ticketing, as well as integrated check-in, boarding and baggage checking throughout the trip. This will include the mileage program, allowing the winning and redemption of rewards on both airlines.
