City Express Hotels, among the top 20 companies with the best climate and organizational culture

The collaborators of Hoteles City Express in Costa Rica, Colombia and Chile participated in the ranking carried out by Top Companies to rate the climate and the organizational culture of the company. This evaluated 17 factors such as leadership, business dynamics, diversity and inclusion, resilience, identification with the company and job growth. Thanks to the level of satisfaction of the more than 200 collaborators, Hoteles City Express was ranked number 17 in the Top + America Companies 2019 ranking.

Hotels City Express operates 152 hotels with more than 17,000 rooms in four Latin American countries (Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia and Chile). Its international expansion began in 2012 with the opening of City Express San José Costa Rica. Four brand hotels currently operate in Colombia, two in Bogotá, one in Medellín and the other in Cali.

This annual evaluation bases 80% of its value on the opinion of the collaborators and the remaining 20% ​​on the policies, practices and programs that the company carries out and promotes to promote the well-being of its human talent. 188 companies from 26 countries participated in this edition, of which only 35 managed to obtain a place in the list.
