For Decameron, the health and safety of our guests, workers and stakeholders has been and is a priority.
We are not strangers and we recognize the difficult situation generated by the worldwide spread of the COVID19 virus. This requires us to act responsibly and diligently with our guests, workers, and the community. With this in mind, we have made the decision to temporarily suspend the reception of guests in our hotels and there will only be income until next Friday, March 20. This measure will be in force for an approximate period of 2 months. In this way we seek to contribute to the prevention of the spread and spread of the virus.
We know that this decision may affect the travel plans of our guests, so we have designed a flexible change policy for all vacation plan reservations in 2020, the details of which can be found on our website www.decameron.com, at through Decameron customer service lines or travel agencies.
