Through the Salud.uy program, a system was implemented to streamline the passenger arrival and entry process
The traveler, prior to starting his trip, must enter the affidavit of health in which he details health and contact information in the country, which are analyzed by personnel of the Ministry of Public Health and the National Directorate of Migration, who validate the information supplied.
The personnel of passenger transport companies around the world at the time prior to starting the trip, and migration personnel, each time a passenger arrives, will be able to verify the state in which the health declaration is located, allowing to take the necessary actions in each case.
It should be noted that all the information collected is covered by current regulations for the protection of personal data.
With this digital system, the aim is to streamline the procedures for arrival in the country and the registration of the health information required for entry.
