EXPERIENCE launches its digital event "The State of the Art - Virtual Showcase"

It is the first experiential event that brings together 150 top buyers from the Americas who will be able to make contact with 150 top-level suppliers

In this 2020, the pandemic has marked a clear revolution in the events industry; primarily focused on digital transformation, creating meaningful experiences, and the importance of maintaining human contact despite technologies.

According to the latest flagship research from UFI, Global Association of the Exhibition Industry; 50% of the companies in this area are increasing their investments in digitization programs.

Despite the clear trend in the use of digital resources, the global results of this same study indicate that 57% trust that COVID-19 confirms the value of face-to-face events, anticipating that the sector will recover quickly.

In this dual context, in which innovation is combined with the human factor, IBTM Americas, through its new EXPERIENCE project, launches its great digital event “The State of the Art - Virtual Showcase” on December 3.

The concept of this "showcase" is to show the latest trends in the organization of events, it is an invitation to land theory and mix knowledge with learning to create and improve the design of events and experiences.

All this through a series of conferences that address different topics: planning and production of events, creativity, customer experience, inclusion, motivation and leadership; These will be taught by leading industry experts who will share practical cases of evolution and adaptation in this new era of events.

Starting with Emilio Cabrero, Director of Mexico Territorio Creativo and Design Week México, who will talk about the success story of this renowned event that took place in person and virtually in recent months; for her part, María José Sánchez Varela, Head Leader and Director at Ars Electronica Tech-ila Garden at Ars Electronica, who will address the creative mindset for event production.

Noting the importance of inclusion; Virtual Showcase will feature the participation of Billy Kolber, Founder of HospitableMe, who will train participants on topics related to the LGBTQ + community; In addition, Raimond Torrents, CEO of the Event Management Institute and recognized personality in the industry, will explore the new creativity in events. The closing of this event will be led by Leo Piccioli, international speaker and writer on Disruptive Management issues, who will give the best advice for the leaders of the future.

Throughout the morning, participants will be able to enjoy great tips, advice and success stories to start developing the ideas and design of their next events.
