The avid ™ Guadalajara will be a hotel with 124 rooms, owned by Grupo Ferran. The laying of the first stone of this work is due to the impulse and international expansion of the brand, with more than 200 new hotels under development, around the world, and gives continuity to the opening of its first hotel in Mexico last June. located in Fresnillo, Zacatecas, as well as the first property in Canada, whose construction began in October 2019. This new hotel will be strategically located in one of the main industrial areas of the city: the Technology Park, close to multiple universities such as the TEC de Monterrey, the Universidad Panamericana and Universidad Cuauhtémoc; as well as the Judicial City; and the Akron Stadium. Guadalajara, the capital of Jalisco and the second largest city in Mexico, is known as the "Mexican Silicon Valley" for being home to some of the most important technology companies and start-ups in the country, and is recognized worldwide by the development of the software industry.
