RIU Hotels receives 20 HolidayCheck awards

For the 16th consecutive year HolidayCheck, the largest German hotel review portal, has awarded its annual "HolidayCheck Award" to those hotels that have received the best ratings from users. Since the entire tourism industry is in an extraordinary situation, the name of the award was temporarily changed to “HolidayCheck Special Award 2021.” A total of 20 RIU Hotels & Resorts hotels are among the winners of this award.

The distinction of a hotel with this award recognizes the commitment and effort of its human team to exceed the expectations of its clients with a quality product and an attentive and professional service every day of the year, something that is later reflected in the numerous Positive comments. To award this prestigious award, hotels must have collected a minimum of 25 reviews from their customers in the past year and have been recommended by at least 90% of their former customers. Furthermore, the hotel must not have violated the HolidayCheck code of conduct.
