Sabre appoints Paola Biatturi as Regional Director

Sabre Corporation, a leading provider of software and technology that powers the global travel industry, appoints Paola Biatturi as regional director - travel agencies, Sabre  Travel Solutions, for the sub-region that includes Uruguay, Argentina, Paraguay and Bolivia.

Based in Montevideo, Uruguay, Biatturi brings strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the travel industry to his role of overseeing Saber's relationship with its travel agency clients. 

“Paola joined Saber in 2004, when we opened our regional headquarters in Montevideo. Throughout his career at Saber, he has held various positions, leading strategic planning and key business activities with travel agencies in North America, ”said Esteban Velasquez, Vice President of Sales and Client Management - Agencies, Latin America and the Caribbean , Saber Travel Solutions. "His experience and knowledge of the travel industry will be instrumental in growing our business in these four important markets in Latin America."

In 2017, Biatturi joined the Commercial Operations team in the Latin American region, where he worked hand in hand with the commercial team, delivering strategic insights, data analysis and collaborating on the regional sales plan.
