With all the biosafety protocols in the face of the pandemic generated by Covid-19, Acapulco is ready to host the National Congress of the Meetings Industry (CNIR), from April 21 to 23, which will take place at Expo Mundo Imperial , Riviera Diamante Acapulco, in hybrid format initiating the reactivation in the destination of one of the sectors most affected by the global pandemic and setting the tone for the restart of this industry at the national level.

The event that will bring together 500 delegates representing the Mexican Council of the Meetings Industry (COMIR) from all over the country and more than 1,500 virtually, with the aim of sharing best practices for the reactivation of the sector, has contemplated a robust schedule of activities that will include an introductory course to the Meetings Industry, keynote conferences, value chain integration activities, simultaneous conferences, sports activities, and social events. Additionally, 50 academic sessions will be held, there will be an exhibition area (stands), networking area and digital experience.
