The group foresees approximately 400 daily domestic and international flights in the month, connecting 114 destinations in 15 countries. Meanwhile, the Cargo division has scheduled for April more than 1,150 flights in cargo planes.
All projections are subject to the evolution of the pandemic, and to travel restrictions in the countries where LATAM operates.
During March 2021, passenger traffic (measured in rented passenger-kilometers - RPK) was 22.6% in relation to the same period of 2019, based on an operation measured in ASK (available seats-kilometers) of 31.5% compared with March 2019. This implied that the load factor decreased 23.3 percentage points, reaching 59.5%.
In cargo, the load factor was 67.2%, 9.1 percentage points over that registered in the same month of 2019.
