Spirit Airlines will resume direct flights between Houston and El Salvador on June 10
The low-cost airline has already put the tickets on sale at promotional prices
Spirit Airlines will resume the direct route between Houston (IAH) and San Salvador in El Salvador (SAL) on June 10, following a temporary stoppage of service.
The low-cost airline will be operating this route three times a week, with a flight on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. The flights are on the Spirit website and can be booked today.
The resumption of these direct flights will offer competitive rates and convenient options for the large Salvadoran population in Houston to travel between the two countries. Spirit Airlines began its service in San Salvador in 2011.
