CVC launches its own credit card in Brazil

The company reports that the more than 11 million customers of the operator can request it to accumulate points and exchange them in discounts on accommodation rates, car rental, travel insurance, air tickets and other products/services

The travel operator CVC has just announced that, in the year of its 49th anniversary, it launches its own credit card. This is the CVC Itaucard Visa credit card, which will hit stores starting this Tuesday (4).

In a note, the company informs that the more than 11 million customers who travel annually with CVC can apply for the card to accumulate points and redeem them in discounts on accommodation rates, car rentals, travel insurance, airline tickets and other products / national and international travel services offered by CVC.

“The CVC Credit Card is part of the brand loyalty plan and has the Brazilian currency as a reference for the conversion: for every R $ 3 spent, the customer accumulates 1 point. And an exclusive advantage is that the expenses incurred during a trip purchased at CVC with the card accumulate in double: 2 points for every R $ 3 spent ”, says the statement from the operator.

"In addition to offering more benefits to customers, the advantage of double points during the trip is an incentive to use the card", announces Tulio Oliveira, executive director of new business at CVC Corp. “With the news from the COATANDED card and the loyalty program, we followed the innovation path, with the aim of making trips even more memorable.”

According to the company, the CVC Itaucard Visa Card is accepted in more than 70 million Visa accredited establishments worldwide and is available at CVC franchised stores in the Southeast region and on the brand's website. The novelty will reach the other regions of Brazil in a phased manner.
